PURPOSE: To improve the detection sensitivity by providing probing medium supply holes less than probing medium supply holes of a probe main body and providing a protection body which can supply a probing medium automatically from the supply holes to a body to be inspected.

CONSTITUTION: The probing medium spreads over an X surface from the contact supply holes 4 of the probe of a contactor main body 9 to bring a contactor protection body 5 into contact with the main body 9 with constant pressure unless probing medium supply pressure is varied. Further, the probing medium spreads over a Y plane from the probing medium supply holes 6 of the protection body 5 to perform ultrasonic flaw detection and inspection without damaging the main body 9. The protection body 5 is provided with the two supply holes 6 and the probe of the main body 9 is provided with ≥3W4 supply holes 4. This constitution improves the detection sensitivity.
