PURPOSE: To provide a device for installing and removing tire, with which one worker alone can do the installing or removing work in the case where a flattened tire is removed from a wheel or in the case where a tire is installed in the wheel without generating a damage of a bead of the tire and the wheel by a lever.

CONSTITUTION: This installing and removing device is provided with a rotating table 2 for fixing a wheel 7, a tire claw 3 to be locked with a bead of a tire 6, a mount roller 4 for pushing the side surface of the tire, and a de-mount roller 5, and both the rollers are supported by both ends of a shaft, which can be slid on a rotating boss 21 fitted to the lower end of a rod, and furthermore, a rod 19 is provided in the tip of an oscillating arm 17 so that it can be vertically moved. The roller pushes the side surface of the tire so as to fall the tire bead into a drop part of the wheel 7, and in this condition, the bead is locked with the tire claw 3 through a lever, or the bead of the tire 6 is moved along the bead part of the wheel.
