Abstract:

To automatically measure the machining hole diameter and correct the position of a tip edge by providing a sliding means, the gradient surface of which slides a gradient part in the direction of a rotation axis of a boring tool to move an elastic machine part in the diametral direction of the machining hole.

A draw bar 36 is rotated to slide a slide piece 31 in the axial direction through a screw 34 and a female screw 33. If the slide piece 31 is slid to the left, an elastic machine part 26 of a cutting edge tool table 23 is pressed to the outside of the tool in the radial direction by a gradient surface 32 and a gradient surface 24, and with pressing, the cutting edge tool is moved to the outside to enlarge the diameter of a hole to be machined. When the draw bar 36 is rotated once, the slide piece 31 is advanced for one pitch of the female screw 33, and corresponding to the advance, the diameter of the machining hole is corrected according to the gradient of the gradient surface 24.
