An analytic model generating processing part 110 prepares correspondent relation data 134 showing correspondence between each of parts of a CAD model 132 expressing the surface form of an object and each of nodal points of an analytic model 136 prepared therefrom. A solver part 150 finds the analyzed result 138 expressing the positions of the respective nodal points after deformation by applying analytic conditions to the analytic model 136 and performing numerical calculation. A deformed result display processing part 120 finds the displacement of respective nodal points before and after the deformation on the basis of the analytic model 136 and the analyzed result 138 and deforms the entire CAD model 132 so that the respective corresponding parts of the CAD model 132 corresponding to these respective nodal points can be similarly displaced. By imaging and displaying such a deformed CAD model, the deformation analyzed result can be displayed with the same image quality as that of the CAD model.
