When a system call generated during the execution of a program is detected, an execution trace information collection mechanism 500 generates and holds a time stamp of a system call generation and trace information representing task state transition due to a system call and offers them to the multitask simulation mechanism 700 of a development host 600 through a communication line 110. When an optional task shifts to an execution state occupying a CPU due to the system call, the mechanism 700 calculates waiting time information of task transition from an execution waiting state to the execution state based on the trace information and stores it in a task additional information storing area 800.
