Abstract:

To provide a device and a method for facilitating control of a unit constituting a part of vehicle facility.

This device 10 has an input device 20 inputting operation (for example, communication, entertainment) capable of being realized by at least one unit 12 and converting the input into a signal indicating the operation, a memory 16 storing a relational data base 18 allowing each operation to realize the operation and alloted to at least one unit, and a control unit 14 connected with the input device 20, the memory 16, and the unit 12. When the control unit 14 receives a signal indicating required operation from the input device 20, it allots the operation to the unit 12 capable of realizing the operation by utilizing the relational data base 18 and sends a control signal to the unit 12 to start realization of the operation by the unit 12.
