Abstract:

To provide a device for inspecting foreign matter in a flexible plastic container capable of detecting foreign matter sealed in the flexible plastic container of a flat shape.

The device for inspecting foreign matter in the flexible plastic container is provided with a reference image pickup means (S10) for picking up the image of the flexible plastic container filled with a liquid and picking up a reference image, a mask registering means (S12) for performing expansion processing on the shadow part of the reference image and registering masks, a comparison image pickup means (S14) for picking up the image of the flexible plastic container and picking up a comparison image, and a foreign matter detecting means (S18) for detecting foreign matter in the flexible plastic container on the basis of the reference image, the comparison image, and the masks.
