The device is provided with a polishing machine 10 wherein an opening 5 into which the tip section of the pipe 2 formed with the beveling section 4 can be inserted is formed at a top face, an internal face polishing member 8 for polishing the internal face of the tip section of the pipe 2 is arranged at the central section in the head 7 charged with granular abrasive material 6 therein, an external surface polishing material 9 radially extending so that the inside of the head 7 is divided into plural sections is arranged in the head 7 on the external peripheral side more than the internal face polishing member 8 for polishing the external face of the tip section of the pipe 2, and the head 7 is arranged so as to be rotatable around the perpendicular axis and movable in the vertical direction.
