CONSTITUTION: The weight of a board 10 fed from a board feeder 1 is measured, and a ground fish meat 40 is supplied on the board 10 to form a molding raw material having the board 10 having the board. The weight of the molding raw material having the board 10 is measured, and the above-measured weight of the board 10 is subtracted from the weight of the molding raw material having the board 10 by the use of an automatic weight controller 7 to give the net weight of the ground fish meat. Several net weights thus measured are compared with preliminarily inputted standard net weights, and a control signal based on their difference is outputted to control the ground fish meat- supplying amount of a constant volume pump 4.
