Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for removing gas components which can remove easily certain gas components such as moisture from a cooking space of industrial kitchen equipment by a simple mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A radial fan 3 is provided in the vicinity of an almost vertical housing wall 1 by using a drive shaft piercing the housing wall 1, and a housing opening 10 is formed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral part of the radial fan 3. Moreover, a partition 42 for deflecting a flow generated by the radial fan 3 toward the housing opening 10 is provided in the vicinity of the outer peripheral part of the radial fan 3.
