Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the getting-on and -off property by shifting a seat cushion upward relative to a floor between the lower portion of the seat cushion and the floor of a compartment, while providing a seat shifting means for displacing the seat cushion toward the outside of an entrance-exit. CONSTITUTION:When a seat cushion 31 is on a predetermined position of a floor 1 and one gets off under such condition, an actuator 73 at first is operated and the lower end of a drive arm 71 is moved through its drive shaft along a guide hole 75 widthwise outward of car. And along with this movement are swung first to fourth links 61-64 clockwise, and an upper frame 5 incorporated in the free end of each of links 61-64 and the seat cushion 31 thereon are lifted relative to the floor 1 while being displaced to the outer side of an entrance-exit 2. Thus, the seat cushion 31 is displaced from a position shown by the chain line to a position shown by the solid line so that it approaches the entrance-exit 2 to facilitate the getting-off of the car.
