PURPOSE: To supply the fixed quantity of molten metal into a mold without remaining oxide in the molten metal in a molten metal discharging hole by allowing the molten metal to flow out from the discharging hole when a hole part for staying molten metal and the molten metal discharging hole in a molten metal holding ladle communicate by driving a rotary body.
CONSTITUTION: As the molten metal 1 is caused to flow into the hole part 17 for staying molten metal from the molten metal staying part positioned at the upper part of the rotary body 17, the oxide is scarcely allowed to flow in the hole part 17 for staying molten metal. Therefore, the molten metal 1 is not substantially allowed to remain at near the molten metal discharging hole 16 constituting a sprue and always the fixed quantity of molten metal 1 can be supplied into a mold. Further, as the oxide is not allowed to remain in the molten metal discharging hole 16, frequent checking is not required, and burden of maintenance of the device can be drastically reduced. Therefore, unattended casting operation is possible enabling reduction of production cost for casting.
