Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommend device for estimating feeling of a user based on information related to viewing of contents by the user, and recommending a content suitable for the feeling of the user.SOLUTION: A recommend device comprises: means for creating a viewing history in which, a content which has been viewed and to which feeling information is applied, and the content has been viewed by a statistic target user who has viewed it for viewing time in a time zone, for every time zone of the viewing time of the viewing content, about the respective viewing content, is corresponded; means for creating a feeling tag based on the feeling information applied to the viewing content, for every viewing content, and applying the feeling tag to the viewing content; and means for creating recommend information, based on, the content which has been viewed by the user and to which the feeling tag, which is equal to or similar to the feeling tag applied to the viewing content viewed by a recommendation target user, is applied, out of the contents which have been viewed corresponding to the time zones of the viewing contents viewed by the recommendation target user.
