Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a diaphragm type valve in a smaller size suitable for use in a limited space dispensing with a special air supply source, by employing an ordinary drive air pressure at two stages in a pressure chamber to create a high drive air pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a valve operation mode, receiving a drive air pressure on the entire surface thereof, a second piston 28 slides and acts on long plungers 31b, 31d and 31f to press the plungers to a valve sheet 30. After the action of the second piston 28 is stopped, receiving the drive air pressure, a first piston 27 slides in the direction opposite to the plungers to release a pressing of short plungers 31a, 31c and 31e. Then, an ordinary drive air pressure is used in a pressure chamber 33 at two stages with respect to a plunger driving section thus arranged to obtain a high drive air pressure, which is supplied as drive air pressure.
