Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the possibility of an inconvenient error and to simplify the handling of a rotary head by enabling a control member provided at the rotary head to force to connect the move of the rotary shaft of an inspection head on a linear track. CONSTITUTION: A substrate 34 rotates around a rotary axis line 11, an inspection head 14 is supported on the substrate 34 so that it can rotate around a rotary axis line 15 that is parallel with the rotary axis line 11, and each has an inspection sensor 18 that is adjacent to a bus on the surface of an article to be inspected. A rotary head 9 has one adjusting device 40 and a control member 36. The control member 36 forces to connect the move of the rotary axis 15 of the inspection head 14 on a linear track 33 each other and is driven by the adjusting device 40.
