Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die and an apparatus for continuously injectionmolding with which a molding having high precision and a wire rod can integrally and continuously be injection-molded.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a movable lower die 30 disposed so as to be freely ascendable by a prescribed distance above a fixed plate 10 having a pouring hole 11, a slider 40 fixed to the rear end part of ejecting pins 41 arranged so as to be freely projected into each cavity 31 in the movable lower die and a movable upper die 50 constituted so as to fix with pressure the movable lower die onto the fixed plate and also, to close the opening part 32 in the cavity when descended. The movable upper die is provided with a cam 61 projected downward, and the slider is driven to advance/retreat by ascending/descending the cam and engaging with this cam. A process for injecting the wire rod 2 and a process for ejecting/discharging injection-molded product intermittently are repeated successively while the rod 2 is inserted into the slider, the ejector pins and each cavity so as to be in a tensioned state, thus a series of product having many injection-molded products fixed on the wire rods is manufactured.
