To provide a differential amplifier circuit that decreases the Early effect that causes dispersion in an input offset voltage of the differential amplifier resulting in fluctuating an output bias and deteriorating the characteristic such as a dynamic range and a distortion factor.

The differential amplifier circuit is provided with PNP transistors(TRs) 11, 12, a PNP TR 9 that supplies a current to the TRs 11,12, a PNP TR 8 whose base and emitter are connected in common to those of the PNP TR 9, PP TRs 27, 28 whose emitters are connected to the collector of the PNP TR 8, PNP TRs 13, 16 whose collectors are respectively connected to the emitters of the TRs 27, 28, NPN TRs 14, 17 whose bases are respectively connected to the bases of the TRs 13, 16, and NPN TRs 15, 18 whose emitters are respectively connected to the collectors the TRs 14, 17. The bases of the TRs 15, 18 are respectively connected to the bases of the TRs 11, 12, and the bases and the emitters of the TRs 8, 9 are respectively connected in common.
