A lens provided with abutting faces of DOE part 2 and fixing area 3 on both sides, wherein a conic surface form of an abutting surface 4d is formed on one surface side and a spherical surface form of an abutting surface 4e is formed on the other surface side, and the spherical surface form abutting surface 4d is abutted on an abutting part 7a of a lens frame 7 in a line contact condition. In such a manner, a grating lens ID set on the lens frame 7 is fixed with a lens holding surface 8a of a pressure ring 8 pressed on the conic surface form of the abutting surface 4e, and thus, the center position of the DOE part 2 is determined. Moreover, DOE part 2 of a planar or convex form is provided with a projection higher than the DOE part 2 in the peripheral part, therefore a problem that a blaze surface of the DOE part is rubbed and changed in the surface form is eliminated when the lens is put on a surface of a table, etc., or moved thereon.
