Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer a digital servo control system which controls the speed of a controlled system by using estimated speed, and further, is provided with an observer to calculate state quantity suitable for the digital signal processing of sampling system in the digital servo control system using the observer. CONSTITUTION:In the servo control system which servo-controls the controlled system 1 and uses a position detecting device 2 to detect the position of the controlled system and the observer 53 to estimate the state quantity such as the position and the speed of the controlled system and disturbance impressed to the controlled system, etc., arithmetic processing suitable for the digital processing of the sampling system is realized by constituting the observer so as to calculate the state quantity and an estimated value on the basis of the algorithm of one sampling period before.
