Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize deforming quantity of a caliper and to restrain uneven abrasion of an outer pad and an inner pad by specifying a clearance between each guide pin on the rotor rotating inlet and outlet side and a guide hole and a clearance between the outer pad and a support.
SOLUTION: Guide pins 16, 18 are installed outside of an outer edge of a rotor 10. Thereafter, slide sleeves 34, 36 to constitute a guide hole to pass through the guide pins 16, 18 are provided. Additionally, projected outer edge parts 32A, 32B are provided on outer edges on the rotor rotating inlet side and the rotor rotating outlet side, and a slight clearance is set with slide sleeves 34, 36 on the rotor rotating inlet side and the rotator rotating outlet side. Thereafter, it is constituted to make a relation of A<B<C on the assumption that a fitting clearance between the guide pin 16 on the rotor rotating inlet side and the slide sleeve 34 is A, a fitting clearance between the guide pin 18 on the rotor rotating outlet side and the slide sleeve 36 is B and a clearance between the projected outer edge part 32A and the slide sleeve 36 is C.
