This cooking pot 1 for business use consists of an inner pot 5 and an outer pot 6 and is formed free to tilt. In the cooking pot 1 for business use, a cavity part S between the inner pot 5 and the outer pot 6 serves as a heating chamber to boil material to be boiled in the inner pot 5 by heating from the heating chamber and a discharge valve body 14 is openably mounted at a discharge valve hole 11 bored in the bottom part 10 of the inner pot 5. The rear part of the discharge valve body 14 is pivoted at the tip part of an arm 20 pivoted on the bottom part 7 of the outer pot 6 while the arm 20 is linked to a lever for operation. Furthermore, the lever for operation is extended upward along the external surface of the outer pot 6. The discharge valve body 14 is opened or closed through the arm 20 by vertically moving the lever for operation.
