Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rapid rise or rapid fall of temperature in a washing tank, but keep it roughly constant for improving drying performance in a dish washing and drying machine in which water is sprayed to disches contained in the washing tank to wash the dishes, and in which warm air is sent to dry them by finely controlling on/off time limit of a heater in accordance with temperature in the washing tub in a drying process.
SOLUTION: A control device 13 adjusts temperature in a washing tub 1 by on/off control to a heater 6 in a drying process, and it has three different duty ratios of the on/of duty ratio for heating for the first time till a predetermined specified temperature is reached, the duty ratio in temperature fall after the specified temperature is reached, and the duty ratio for heating for the second time and on for heating after temperature fall, where the three duty ratios are set in such a way that they become smaller in the order of that for heating for the first time, that for heating for the second time, and that at the time of temperature fall.
