To provide a disinfection device facilitating the constitution, operation and maintenance management, capable of easily preventing freezing of disinfectant and the like in a cold district, suited for the disinfection of a vehicle and the like and efficiently disinfecting it when going in/out of a poultry house and a livestock barn in particular, at an inexpensive manufacturing cost.

This disinfection device is provided with a disinfectant storage tank, a pump, a spraying device of the disinfectant pressurizedly sent from the pump, and an operation control device of the pump; the spraying device comprises a body part having an opening space allowing the passing of a vehicle, a person and the others, and a disinfectant spray port formed in the body part and radiating the disinfectant to the opening space; the operation control means has a manual actuation circuit of a pump, an automatic actuation circuit of the pump, and a changeover switch between the both circuits; the automatic actuation circuit has an actuation circuit of the pump and a sensor; and this disinfection device senses the approach of the vehicle, the person and the others to the opening space and the passing of the vehicle, the person and the others through the opening space and turns on/off the pump actuation via the actuation circuits.
