Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of dislocated poor punching due to sheet projection during in-line conveyance, even in cases involving thin sheet bundles of thicknesses of 100 μm or smaller, without effects of fall of punching chips and/or dust, e.g. paper powder generated after punching, and/or effects of design restraints or the thickness of sheets, during process of punching a sheet bundle composed of a plurality of sheets piled.SOLUTION: A dislocated poor punching detection device is for detecting dislocated poor punching due to projection of sheets during conveyance of a sheet bundle (4) composed of a plurality of sheets piled, in a punching device, and includes measurement means (7) of measuring the position of the end surface of a carried sheet bundle (4), data processing means (9) of subjecting the measurement data obtained to arithmetic processing, an air blow mechanism (11) for protecting the measurement means (7) and a mechanism (10) of preventing fall of punching chips (5) after punching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
