Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion composition hardly aggregating and precipitating silica particles, capable of holding a dispersion state over long time and useful as a polishing liquid composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a dispersion composition containing silica particles with a dispersion state. It further contains at least one kind of compound selected from lysin, arginine and a compound represented by a general formula (I), where Rand R: an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, A: an alkanediyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, water as a dispersant and has content of the above described compound in a range of 0.0005 to 10 mass% and pH in a range of 8 to 11.SELECTED DRAWING: None
