PURPOSE: To easily pour liquid from a BIB to a bottle and pour all the liquid contained in the BIB without any residue.
CONSTITUTION: A valve consists of an inner closure 2 to be inserted into a grommet 1 provided on the bottom of a BIB, an over cap 3 helically engaged with the outer surface of the inner closure 2, and a setting cap 4 for preventing the inner closure 2 from helically disengaging from the grommet 1. By rotating the over cap 3 with respect to the inner closure 2 in a disengaging direction by pressing a blade part 32 of an outer cylinder part 31 by fingers, a flow-out port 35 at the lower end of the over cap 3 is separated from a closing part 27 of the inner closure 2, and content liquid flows out of the flow-out port 35 through a leg part 26 of the inner closure. Since the rotation of the inner closure 2 is arrested by the setting cap 4, the inner closure 2 never rotates with the rotation of the over cap 3. An inward protuberance provided on an upper inner peripheral end of an intermediate outer cylinder part 34 is fastened to an outward protuberance provided on a lower outer peripheral end of an intermediate inner cylinder part 25 to prevent the over cap 3 from disengaging.
