Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system load control system capable of leveling a load of a distribution system in accordance with inverse load flow fluctuation with massive introduction of renewable energy.SOLUTION: A distribution system load control system 10 comprises: a grouping processing part 11 which starts grouping from a client 1 closest to a substation so as to substantially equalize capacitance of water heaters 33 in groups and starting application of a group number from the group closest to the substation; a surplus power calculation part 12 for calculating surplus power on the basis of power consumption data of an entire distribution system and power selling amount data inputted from a photovoltaic power generation facility 2 and a power buying meter 25 of each client 1 directly connected to a high-voltage trunk via a transmission/reception part 14; and a TS control part 13 for performing electrification control on the water heater 33 of each client 1 by performing electrification from the client 1 belonging to a group of a young number to the water heater 33 of each client 1 on the basis of surplus power and stopping electrification to the water heater 33 of each client 1 in an inverse order.
