A laminate mask for screen printing comprises an upper layer mask made of a mask member having an opening and laminated on a lower layer mask made of other mask member having other opening to form a predetermined opening. The laminate mask for screen printing constituted as described above can remarkably reduce the number of necessary components for the necessary number of the printing patterns. Further, the number of times of replacing the mask can be remarkably reduced. In the case of printing, a partial printing pressure rise can be prevented to obtain stably printing pressure.
