Abstract:

To provide a division circuit capable of outputting an accurate output current even if an input current changes largely by reducing the errors of a base current in a division circuit performing division of an input current by using index characteristics of a transistor.

This circuit is provided with PNP transistors Q1 to Q4, Q11 and Q12 and NPN transistors Q5, Q6, Q8 and Q9 which perform a division operation of an input current, NPN transistors Q7 and Q10 arranged to reduce the influence of a base current and constant current sources I1 to I6, inputs a 1st input current IIN1 to the base of the transistor Q7 and the collector of the transistor Q5, inputs a 2nd input current IIN2 to the base of the transistor Q10 and the collector of the transistor Q8 and outputs an output current I0 from the collector of the transistor Q1.
