Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to obtain greater man-power saving, by automatically enabling to form the retrieval data list of filled documents. CONSTITUTION:In filling the document P1, the video signal of the document P1 is sequentially stored to the memory unit 8 together with the retrieval data input from the keyboard 13. Further, the retrieval data is sequentially stored in the temporary memory section 11. When the filing of the document P1 is finished, the memory section 11 sequentially outputs the content to the character generator 10. The generator 10 sequentially generates the character signal corresponding to the input and it is fed to the recording control section 9. The control section 9 operates the recording section 4 to scan the laser beam from the laser beam scanning set 5 to record the retrieval data list on the paper P2. Next, in case of retrieval of the document filed, first, the retrieval data corresponding to the document to be obtained is input at the keyboard 13. When the retrieval data is input, the memory readout control section 7 reads out the video signal corresponding to the retrieval data from the unit 8 and outputs it to the control section 9. The control section 9 operates the recording section 4 and records it on the paper P2.
