Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable copy without losing the control of privacy, even not under the control of computer, by providing the copy switch or copy inhibit release switch inside the microfiche exchange door. CONSTITUTION:The microfiche exchange door 202 normally has a construction locked with the key 205 for confidentiality purpose, and when the door 202 is open, the safety switch 207 is operated and the retrieval operation is fixed. The copy switch or the copy inhibit release switch 208 is placed inside the door 202 and not subject to give any hindrance to the exchange of microfiche. Thus, the copy being impossible at OFF-line is enabled with the operation of the switch 208 and the operationability can remarkably be increased. On the other hand, looking from the confidentiality of information, the privacy can be held by managing the door 202 locking key only.
