A door 16 for opening and closing the front surface of a box body 5 includes a rotating shaft 17 integrally formed on the outside thereof, and a part 17a slightly reduced in diameter is extended from the lower part of the rotating shaft. The minor diameter part 17a is inserted to a hole 19 bored in a bottom plate 11, whereby the rotating shaft 17 is rotatably raised on the bottom plate 11. An upper lid 15 includes dents 20 provided on both sides of the bottom surface, and each rotating shaft 17 is pivotally supported in a vertical state by fitting its head 17b to each dent 20. The dent 20 is formed in a mortar shape, and the head part 17b of the rotating shaft is formed to a rounded shape (dome shape) so as to be fitted to the mortar shape of the dent.
