PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small double hinged door closer incorporated with a braking mechanism by hydraulic pressure for restricting sudden closing operation of a door by accumulated energizing force in door closing operation. SOLUTION: An elastic body which accumulates the energizing force by relative rotation of both is arranged between a damper shaft and a cylindrical body, and an oil chamber is formed of the damper shaft and the cylindrical body. A piston screw is installed on the damper shaft in the shaft direction of the damper shaft in the oil chamber in a freely slidable and nonrotatable state, and is also constituted for joining the outer periphery of the piston screw and the cylindrical body side, and the piston screw can move in the oil chamber by rotating the damper shaft or the cylindrical body by the door opening direction.
