To provide a structurally simple, inexpensive and lightweight double operation type plate for performing the parallel movement and hinge rotation by a single actuator.

A plate body 10 is supported by a parallel link form support mechanism 30 connected in a parallel parallelogram shape by upper and lower horizontal links 33 and 34 so that an operation side vertical link 32 movably lifts in parallel to a fixed side vertical link 31 rotatably suspended and supported by a fixed shaft 35. The support mechanism 30 is driven in two stages by the actuator 20. In driving of the first stage, the operation side vertical link 32 is movably operated in parallel to a rising position from a lowering position to the vertical link 31, while holding the fixed side vertical link 31 in an initial position. In driving of the second stage, the fixed side vertical link 31 is rotated by a hinge around the fixed shaft 35.
