Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricating oil from running out, operate for a long time and prevent heat caused by agitation resistance of grease from generating remarkably when rotating an outer ring at a high speed.
SOLUTION: Double row rolling bearing used for outer ring rotation comprises a pocket formed member 5 having a lubricant pocket 6 between both rolling elements 4 and 4. A lubricant 11 such as grease or solid lubricant is sealed into the lubricant pocket 6. The pocket formed member 5, which is a ring member of channel section opening to inside diameter side, has a grease hole 7 at the side of the pocket 6. In the pocket formed member 5, a detent bolt 9, the top thereof engaging in a through hole 8 formed on the base of the member, is fixed to a screw hole 10 formed on a outer ring 2 so as to be jammed.
