This dough production apparatus 1 for the rolls of bread is characterized by disposing a bread dough delivery portion 8 between a bread dough-rolling portion 5 and a discharging conveyer 7, and disposing a bread dough transfer means 11 for arranging a plurality of bread take-up portions 9 in parallel and transferring the roll-like bread dough 6 on the discharging conveyer 7 to a baking plate 10, at the end of the discharging conveyer 7. The bread dough delivery portion 8 has a pair of bread dough receivers 8a, 8b orthogonal to the discharging conveyer 7, and transfers and delivers the received roll-like bread dough 6 to the conveyer 7. The roll-like bread dough 6 is arranged and conveyed in the direction orthogonal to the discharging conveyer 7.
