PURPOSE: To form a sheet material into a desired shape in the case of draw forming the material into a deep bottom shape or in the case of not providing folding lines at all by installing a guide component inserted into a female mold by means of a male mold and guiding the sheet material by means of sheet guide component.

CONSTITUTION: A female side guide component 20 is placed along the upper face of a case 4 and a sheet material 103 is placed over said female side guide component 20 and along a positioning piece 18 to put the female side guide component 20 together with the sheet material 103 and also clamp the sheet material. Then, a male mold 2 is lowered to place a male side guide component 19 along the sheet material 103 and also clamp the sheet material. The male mold 2 is further lowered to slide respective side sections 22 and 24 of the male side guide component 19 and the female side guide component 20 to bottom sections 21 and 23 and the sheet material 103 is inserted into a female mold 3 in the state of being clamped by both guide components 19 and 20 to start drawing. When the male mold 2 is lowered to the molding lower limit, the side section 24 of the female side guide component 20 is placed along the inner face of the female mold 3 and the side section 22 of the male mold side guide component 19 is placed along the outer periphery of a lower half 8 of the male mold 2, and the forming of the sheet component 103 clamped by said male side guide component 19 and the female side guide component 20 is completed.
