To provide a drilling device efficiently collecting cutting chips.

A spindle 70 with a mechanism to rotate a drill 73 of the drilling device built in it is covered with a rectangular dust collecting part 10. This dust collecting part 10 is furnished with a cylinder part 11, and the drill 73 inserted through a center of this cylinder part 11 drills a hole on a printed board by moving upward. A drill side abutting plate 17 is provided in the circumference of the drill 73 and prevents the dust collecting part 10 from getting close to the printed board by a prescribed distance or more. The dust collecting part 10 sucks cutting chips to the inside of the dust collecting part 10 from an air intake port 15 provided in the circumference of the drill side abutting plate 17 when the drill 73 drills the hole.
