Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver IC that can easily prevent a wrong detection of disconnection if noise on a driven device affects a feedback input voltage to a detection voltage output from the driver IC.SOLUTION: A latch timing of latching a result of comparing an input voltage output from the driver IC and fed back and a detection voltage is shift-controlled with a predetermined shift amount at predetermined cycles of a synchronizing signal, and a determination signal is prevented from being latched which is affected by noise at each cycle of the synchronization signal if the noise is generated in a driven device at any timing of the cycles of the synchronization signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
