The driving detection efficiency is obtained by a method wherein driving efficiency of a piezoelectric vibrator which is regulated on the basis of a signal which is applied from a self oscillation circuit 105 to an internal resistance of a piezoelectric vibrator 101 via load resistances 104 is multiplied by detecting efficiency of the piezoelectric vibrator which is regulated on the basis of a signal which is detected by parallel resistances of the internal resistance of the piezoelectric vibrator and the load resistances via electrostatic capacity between driving detection electrodes 102 and a common electrode 103 of the piezoelectric vibrator.
