PURPOSE: To produce a dry-formed hydraulic inorg. article in which a reinforcing effect is produced by various reinforcing fibers after autoclave curing, having high strength and excellent in dimensional stability by incorporating a hydrophilic component.
CONSTITUTION: At least one kind among the hydrophilic components such as cellulosic polymer, polyacrylic polymer, polyvinyl polymer, PE polymer, silicone, starch and lignin sulfonate and the animal, plant and mineral hydrophilic components by ≤5wt.% and fibers are mixed into a cement base material. The admixture is dry-formed and then cured in an autoclave to obtain the formed article. The bending strength of the article calculated by dividing the bending strength developed when 1 pts.wt. of the hydrophilc component and 1 pts.wt. of the reinfocing fiber are mixed into the base material by the square of the sp.gr. is controlled to ≥40kg/cm2.
