Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a waste collection vehicle to dump wastes without doing turnabout driving or reverse driving in a platform to improve the safety and work efficiency.SOLUTION: A dumping apparatus of a waste treatment facility comprises an opening 6 for receiving wastes discharged from a waste collection vehicle 2 which enters a platform 3 of the waste treatment facility, a waste conveyance passage 7 provided under the floor of the platform 3 for bringing the opening 6 and a waste pit into a communication state, a dumping lid 9 for opening and closing the opening 6, and a lid support device 10. The dumping lid 9 is configured to take an elevated position for closing the opening 6 and enabling the waste collection vehicle 2 to get over the dumping lid 9, a lowered position lowered from the elevated position to form a dumping space for receiving wastes between the inner peripheral surface of the opening 6 and the upper surface of the dumping lid 9, and a scraping position for scraping down wastes, which are discharged into the dumping space and placed on the dumping lid 9, by the inner peripheral edge of the opening 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
