Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a smooth and uniform film by placing the film on an active energy ray curing type transparent resin composition applied on a duplicated image layer of a transferred material and emitting active energy rays of the film.
CONSTITUTION: A peeled sheet with a duplicating resin layer and a duplicated image layer is transferred onto the surface of a base, and then the duplicating resin layer is peeled off the duplicated image layer to provide a transferred material composed of the base and the duplicate image layer. Then, an active energy ray curing type transparent resin composition is applied onto the duplicated image layer of the transferred material, over which a film is placed, and active energy rays are emitted over the film to cure a resin composition and provide a duplicated image. As actual examples of the base, wood, glass, metal, plastic and the like are used, and as the actual examples of the active energy ray curing type transparent resin composition, a multifunctional coating material composed of oligomer type coating composition such as acryl, silicone, fluorine and the like are used.
