The dust removal device 1 for removing dust adhering to the surface of the flat plate-like member 2 while feeding the flat plate-like member 2 is equipped with the first pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 4 coming into contact with the upper surface of the flat plate-like member 2 to attract dust, the second pressure-sensitive roll 5 coming into contact with the undersurface of the flat plate-like member 2 to attract dust, a first roll moving means for moving the first pressure-sensitive roll 4 in an up and down direction, a second roll moving means for moving the second pressure-sensitive roll 5 in the up and down direction, a contact part 14 having the contact member 12 capable of coming into contact with the undersurface of the flat plate-like member 2 and the contact part moving means for moving the contact part 14 in the direction crossing the up and down direction almost at a right angle.
