The pole caster part equipped on the other end of the square steel pipe 3 is fit into an opening part 28a of a lip channel steel guide 28 to be fixed to the floor by screws abutting several hole parts directing the floor on a narrow groove part on a baseboard under the cooking sink so as to move the chair to a cooking position. Thus an aged or disabled is enabled to easily cook.
