To obtain a small EBG (electromagnetic band-gap) material that does not need through holes even if it is an EBG material that operates in a low frequency band.
In the EBG material having a band-gap in a specified frequency band, piezoelectric resonators 1 are arranged on the surface of a substrate 3 one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally, and a capacitive reactance element electrically connects adjacent piezoelectric resonators to each other. In addition, any of an interdigital capacitor, a meander line and a chip capacitor is used as the capacitive reactance element. Otherwise, the piezoelectric resonators 1 are arranged on the surface of the substrate 3 one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally, and the piezoelectric resonators 1 are arranged so that distances between respective end parts can be mutually equal in interval.
