Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish the wire lining of an aluminum-sash wire screen simply and finely by anyone.
SOLUTION: The frame 1 of the aluminum-sash wire screen is covered with a stainless net 2, and a wire-screen rope 3 is pushed into the whole circumference of the frame 1 and fixed while lining the stainless net 2. The aluminum- sash wire screen, in which the edge of the stainless net 2 is protruded from the wire-screen rope 3, is inclined slightly and leant, and the stainless net 2 placed at the lower section of the frame 1 and projected is cut while a roller cutter 4 being guided along the lower section of the frame 1 while being able to be given fixed pushing force is moved under the state, in which the roller cutter 4 is tilted and fixed force is pushed. The lower place of the frame 1 is rotated successively, and the edge of the stainless net 2 protruded onto the whole circumference is cut and finished.
