PURPOSE: To prevent the erroneous operation of a cleaner to the voltage fluctua tion at the time of operation mode change by setting the threshold values of operation signal voltage levels of the mode for stopping both an electric blower and a brush rotating motor and the mode for stopping only the brush rotating motor to adjacent levels.

CONSTITUTION: The threshold values of voltage level in respective operation modes of an electric blower and a rotary brush rotating motor are set as follows. The state SW7 where both the electric blower and the brush rotating motor are stopped is O-V2, the state SW6 where the electric blower is driven with a maximum electric power is V2-V3, the state SW5 where the electric blower is operated with a minimum electric power is V3-V4, the state SW4 where the electric power supplied to the electric blower is increased according to filter clogging state in a cleaner body is V4-V5, the state SW3 where the brush rotating motor is rotated to maximum is V5-V6, the state SW2 where the brush rotating motor is rotated at low speed is V6-VDD, and the state SW1 where only the brush rotating motor is stopped is V1-V2.
