Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the heater supporting strength and the heat radiating property by forming a supporter from a hard member to support a heater, and increasing the heat radiating area.
CONSTITUTION: A supporter 6 made of a hard and excellent heat conductive member is divided into a first and a second supporting pieces 8, 10, and a leg part 12 is projected from the lower part of the supporting piece 10 and buried inside of a molding 2 made of heat insulating and fire resistant material. The lower part of the supporting piece 8 is fitted in the molding 2, and fitted in a first groove 2a to restrict the movement of the supporting piece 8 in the direction W. The supporting pieces 8, 10 have flange parts 8b, 10b projected toward an opening part 5 to support a heater 4. Rear surface of the flange parts 8b, 10b functions as engagement parts 8c, 10c, which is engaged with the heater 4 to restrict the movement of the heater 4 in the direction W. With this restriction, the removal of the heater 4 due to the movement thereof in one way of the direction W is prevented. The leg part 12 of the supporting piece 10 is formed so as to be widened, as it comes close to the lower part to prevent the generation of loose-out. The heater can be supported even in the case where the heaters are provided with a small space, the heat radiating area is increased.
