Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prescribed polishing quality even if there is no high level of skill.SOLUTION: This motor-driven polishing device 10 comprising a motor 13, a power transmission mechanism part 21, and a housing 11. The power transmission mechanism part 21 has: an intermediate gear 22 which engages with a motor output shaft 13a provided on the motor 13; an eccentric spindle 23 of which one end side is fixed and connected to the intermediate gear 22, and the other end side has a shaft center at a position deviated from a shaft center on said one end side; an inner side external tooth gear 25 which is rotatably attached to the other end side of the eccentric spindle 23 via a bearing; and outer side internal tooth gear 26 which is fixed and located on the housing side, and engages with the inner side external tooth gear 25; and an abrasive pad 31 which is so provided as to be connected to the inner side external tooth gear 25. When the inner side external tooth gear 25 is rotated while revolving by action of the eccentric spindle 23 and the outer side internal tooth gear 26, a position of a locus of an optional tooth of the inner side external tooth gear 25 is deviated at every time of circling in the outer side internal tooth gear 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
